Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately — cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.

We ship across the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Tracking information is provided once the order ships. All shipments are FOB origin — risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

We do not accept returns for:

• Electrical components
• Custom or special order items
• Items installed or showing signs of use

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.

All products are sold as-is without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some manufacturers may offer their own warranties. If applicable, we will assist with providing contact information but are not responsible for warranty claims or approvals.
