Shipping Information
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2PM PST may ship the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on weight and destination.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Note: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.
Backorders & Delays
- If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you by email.
- Severe weather, supply chain issues, or carrier delays may affect delivery times — we’ll keep you updated if that happens.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Not an electrical component (non-returnable)
- Not a custom or special-order part
Return Process
- Email us at info@dunebuggyparts.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA number if approved.
- Ship the item back at your expense.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund minus any applicable fees.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns to cover handling and inspection.
- No restocking fee for returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Square.
- Allow 3–5 business days after return processing for funds to appear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the packaging and item.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
