Ordering & Shipping

1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Some custom or backordered items may take longer.

2. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Expedited options are available at checkout. If you need same-day shipping, call us before placing the order.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship within the United States.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed once submitted. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel — if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to stop it.

5. Do you offer local pickup?

No, we are an online-only store and do not offer in-person pickups.

6. How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?

Each product page includes fitment details. Still unsure? Contact us with your make, model, year, and engine details before ordering.

7. Can I return a part if it doesn’t fit?

Yes — if unused and returned within 30 days, subject to our return policy.

8. Do you offer parts for daily drivers or just dune buggies?

We focus on off-road and dune buggy parts, but many items are compatible with standard VW air-cooled and Type 1 vehicles. Always check the description.

9. Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?

We stock both OEM-quality and aftermarket performance parts. The product description will specify which.

10. Can I get help choosing the right parts for my build?

Absolutely. Reach out via our contact page and we’ll help match you with the right components.

Returns & Warranty

11. What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

12. Who pays return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

13. Do you accept returns on electrical parts?

No. Electrical components are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

14. Do you offer warranties?

Most items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties may apply on select products.

15. My part arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll assist with replacements or claims.

Payments & Security

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe.

17. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and a PCI-compliant checkout system through WooCommerce and Stripe/PayPal.

18. Can I pay in installments or use financing?

Not at this time. We may offer Shop Pay or similar in the future.

19. Do you sell gift cards?

Not currently, but we plan to offer digital gift cards soon.

20. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

If you’re a shop or reseller, contact us directly for volume discount inquiries.
